Jackson Criss started representing tenants in the 1990’s such as HMV and Signet, then took this occupier lead mindset into the ownership marketplace and began offering first hand advice on shopping centre and high street leasing. We were one of the first agencies to do this.
This developed into a pioneering shopping centre and high street investment team, delivering investor requirements in a highly competitive buying cycle. This was coupled with an innovative and creative leasing and asset management team that were able to grow and develop assets for clients.
The team now includes specialist restaurant and leisure advisors as we continue to curate and create environments that deliver for both occupiers and investors. This thoughtful approach is one we have taken to other destinations outside of town centres and retail, assisting on Retail Warehousing, Outlet Centres and other asset classes.
As these destination continue to evolve, we now assist on repurposing of client holdings making sure they provide environments that are suitable for the changing market and consumer demands.
