Double Co-Op Acquisition
Jackson Criss have acted on behalf of Co-Op for the acquisition of two new convenience stores in London.
In November 2025, Co-Op opened a new 3,000 sq ft store in Related Argent's new park town development in Brent Cross. Once complete, the development will be home to 6,700 homes, a new high street, office space, and new parks and schools.
Co-Op have also exchanged contracts for a new 4,240 sq ft store in Silvertown, East London, expected to open in Q1 2027.

Jackson Criss have continued their longstanding dominance of retail lettings in Birmingham City Centre, securing Sports Direct for a new 80,000 sq ft flagship letting on behalf of Schroders in New Street, with further lettings to Oseyo and Pop Mart.
