59A Clarence Street, Kingston
Jackson Criss were appointed by an institutional investor in connection with their ownership of a retail unit at 59a Clarence Street, Kingston upon Thames.
The unit was occupied by Schuh who also occupied the adjoining unit under a separate ownership with the sub-divided wall having been removed many years earlier to facilitate a larger unit.
The client wished to exit and therefore Jackson Criss were required to enable a investment sale by liaising with the adjoining unit on co-terminous lease terms which then allowed us to agree a sale of both units and the client to exit the property.
This is typical of the approach between our leasing team and our investment team, who have worked hand in glove over the last 20 years.
