Cheshire East Council has made significant investments into the town centre and Crewe is to benefit from a £22.9M funding boost after being announced as one of the latest UK towns to successfully secure a ‘Town Deal’. As part of the Government-funded Towns Fund programme Cheshire East Council has secured funding to support businesses and organisations to take on vacant commercial premises in Crewe town centre. This includes grants towards the cost of fitting out properties and equipment.
