Majestic ramps up store expansion with 3 new store openings in as many months!

Jackson Criss have advised on 3 new openings for Majestic in Newark (4,383 sq ft - located on the popular Maltings Retail Park), Monmouth (6,275 sq ft) and Crouch End (a new small-format store of 3,150 sq ft).

Negotiated settlement reached for Gaucho in Edinburgh

Jackson Criss are delighted to have acted on behalf of Rarestaurants GAUCHO fascia in connection with the rent review of their flagship restaurant at Unit 4A, 4/8 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh.

Following extensive negotiations and a third party appointment the parties have managed to reach a negotiated settlement.

PureGym Unit Acquired in Broadstairs

We have acquired a unit for PureGym in Broadstairs at Westwood Gateway Retail Park, which opened in February 2023 on the site of the old Poundstretcher, comprising 15,000 sq ft and sits alongside Dreams, the Food Warehouse and B&M.

PureGym expand in South London

PureGym, London Catford Rushey Green will be located on the A21 next door to Regal Furniture and opposite from The London & Rye. The new gym comprises 13,921 sq ft and will be open 24/7.

A spokesperson for PureGym, said: “The opening of PureGym London Catford Rushey Green is a hugely exciting and important step in expanding our offering of low-cost, no-contract gym memberships across London and the rest of the UK.

PDSA appoint Jackson Criss as Acquisition Agents

Jackson Criss have been appointed as acquisition agents for PDSA, the UK’s leading vet charity, in Yorkshire, Humberside & the North East of England.

Suitable units can be in town centres, out of town schemes, suburban locations or arterial roads & should have a minimum sales area of 850 – 1,250 sq ft plus half cover although consideration will be given to larger units. Access to on street parking or car parking close by is essential to assist with donations.
