Jordan joined Jackson Criss as maternity cover in 2021. Her vibrant energy quickly became an asset to the office, leading her to stay on and focus on temporary vacancies within our clients’ portfolios. She has since progressed to become the Office Manager, where she continues to inspire and lead the team with enthusiasm and dedication.

As the company’s AML Officer, Jordan ensures compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, maintaining robust internal processes and supporting audits with 100% accuracy.

Jordan also plays a key role in supporting the wider team, streamlining office operations, onboarding new staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Her contributions have helped improve internal efficiency and team morale.

Jerry joined Jackson Criss in 2019 and works as PA to Philip Hay, John Boissier and provides administrative support for the wider agency team, including switchboard, typing of reports, updating the company website and property portals, AML legislation and IT assistance.

Jo has been part of the Jackson Criss team for 15 years as their Partnership Accountant, taking care of the whole finance function from day to day Book-Keeping through to Management Accounts, as well as producing timely reports for the partners and agents. Also administering the monthly payroll and various filing obligations to HMRC and Companies House.
